Almost all of the downstairs walls required attention, with plaster stripped back to 1.2 metres to expose the problem areas. Acting quickly, we implemented a thorough remedial plan that included injecting DPC cream, installing a membrane, and carefully reboarding and replastering the walls. For added reassurance, this work was covered by a 10-year guarantee.

Our efficient approach to design and project management meant the refurbishment was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. This not only impressed the client but also enabled them to achieve a strong rental return, securing a high rate for the local market.

Throughout the project, we maintained clear and regular communication. Using tools such as video walkthroughs, progress photos, and live view streams, we kept the client fully informed and quickly addressed any questions.
